So lets Start.....

         
                

(a)-  First login to Your Facebook Account.



(b)-  Then Click Settings.





(c)-  Then Click "Apps and Websites". 






(d)- Then You Will see all Your apps and Websites connected to your Facebook Account.





(e)-  Now If You Want to Remove any App or Website .


(f)-  Then Simply click it.


(g)-  And Press "Remove" button then that App or Website will deleted permanently from Your Facebook Account.
